Martha Baillie is the author of four novels including The Incident Report which was nominated for the Scotia Bank Giller Prize and included in the Globe and Mail's Best Books 2009.

Nic Gotham's Tettnang , Pangnirtung 1, Auyuittuq, Pangnirtung 2 and Toronto will be performed by The Array Ensemble; Lydia Munchinsky (cello), Jonno Lightstone (clarinet) Stephen Clarke (piano) with Rick Sacks on percussion.

Madeleine Thien is the author of three books of fiction, including her most recent novel Dogs at the Perimeter. She is currently Writer-in-residence at the University of Guelph and, along with novelist Rawi Hage, the inaugural Shadbolt Research Fellow at Simon Fraser University.
